New under Act 168 of 2014, effective December 22, 2014, all applicants must complete a Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form for your current employer(s), and for all former employers if the former employer was a school entity and/or where the applicant had direct contact with children. Once Greenwood receives these completed forms back from you, we will mail them to your current and former employers. They have 20 business days to get them back to us. After we have received all the completed forms back and they are satisfactory, then we can consider you for employment. Forms are available in the district office & online.
